Holiday Vacation Condominium Owners information is located in a secure area. To access general owner information, HVC news and important documents you must be a registered owner. Our Owners Communication Forum allows HVC owners to communicate digitally with HVC staff and other owners.

HVC Monthly Trustees Meeting -  The next meeting will be held Saturday August 12, 2017

The schedule is as follows:  the Executive Session is at 9:30 AM. The Owners meeting will begin at 11:00 AM in the HVC Common Area. This allows travel time for all owners who wish to attend the monthly meetings

A Message From the Manager, Jacqueline Howard

We are so pleased with the turnout for the 2016 Annual Meeting, we had a good group of involved owners and I appreciate the interest they show for HVC. The handout information is on the website located in the Secure Files tab. The 2017 Invoices have gone out to all of the owners as of November 22, 2016. Please be aware there is a Special Assessment of $65.00 applied to the 2017 invoices.

The bulk of the annual maintenance fees, fundamentally go toward the property’s ongoing maintenance and operational expenses. This special assessment is not in lieu of proper budgeting. My budget is managed very closely by myself (General manager) and more so, by the Board of Trustees.

This $65.00 Special assessment is a vehicle to cover a capital item that will in turn offer a more satisfying stay for our owners during their weeks and also help to increase unit sales and rentals that will  in turn financially benefit all owners.
